| 1993 | The Company started setting up a new Plant at the existing site in the name of Neer Shree Cement with an annual capacity of 6 Lacs Tonnes. |
| 1994 | The Commercial Production of the new unit (Neer Shree Cement) commenced on April 1994. Capacity enhanced to 1.00 MTPA. |

| 2005 | Clinker production increased by 700 MT per day and Cement grinding capacity by 0.5 MTPA. The overall Cement grinding capacity enhanced from 1.0 MTPA to 1.50 MTPA |
| 2007 | Captive Thermal Power Plant with a capacity of 17.5 MW capacity started commercial production from 1st October, 2007. |
| 2008 | 7 Wind Mills with a total capacity of 6.15 MW which were installed at Jaisalmer (4 Wind Mills of 0.6 MW each and 3 Wind Mills of 1.2 MW capacity each). |
| 2009 | Clinker production increased by 750 MT per day and Cement grinding capacity by 0.5 MTPA. The overall Cement grinding capacity enhanced to 2.00 MTPA |
| 2010 | 6 Wind Mills of 1.25 MW capacity each installed at Jaisalmer. The combined overall Installed Capacity of Wind Mills was enhanced to 13.65 MW |
| 2011 | The Second Captive Thermal Power Plant with a capacity of 17.5 MW capacity was commissioned in Feb 2011. |
| 2013 | Clinker production further enhanced by 0.5 MTPA in November, 2013. |
| 2014 | A new cement grinding mill of 1.25 MTPA was commissioned in 2014. The overall Cement Capacity was now enhanced from 2.00 MTPA to 3.25 MTPA. |
| 2016 | A new cement grinding unit of 0.75 MTPA was commissioned at Aligarh (U.P.) in 2016. The overall Cement Capacity was enhanced from 3.25 MTPA to 4.00 MTPA. |
| 2020 | Waste heat Recovery plant of 11MW was commissioned at Morak , Rajashthan. |
